We offer only the very top quality rattan furniture produced from only the highest grade natural materials from sustainable forests in Indonesia or Malaysia. We work closely with master craftsmen to produce exclusive designs.

By cutting out the middle man and going direct, we can pass the saving on to you.

We believe that no other cane and rattan furniture on the high street will be the same high quality and great value as our superb choice of designs. Most furniture and fabric designs are exclusive to Haddon House and we have a variety of different sizes with something to suit any conservatory or room. In addition, each design comes in a natural or coloured cane with a long-lasting Matt, Semi or Gloss finish. All back cushions have premium luxury fibre fill and base cushions are made with high quality foam.

We want dealing with Haddon House to be a pleasurable experience. From your first phone call (or visit to our website) through to our impeccable customer service and expert delivery, we maintain the highest standards possible in conservatory furniture. To ensure this we make a series of important promises:

1. Pay nothing until you see your furniture in your home.

Sometimes it's hard to imagine what your furniture will look like in your home. Which is why you don't pay a penny, not even a deposit, until you see it in place and you are happy. If you're not, we will bring something else in its place - or take it away altogether.

2. Quick & Easy Nationwide Delivery

All standard deliveries are usually made within 28 days throughout the UK. On occasion deliveries may take a little longer to far reaching areas and non mainland UK locations. Sometimes we do experience exceptionally high demand for some ranges and this can lead to slightly longer delivery timescales but we will keep you well informed as to the progress of your furniture. The exceptional quality and value of Haddon House furniture certainly makes it worth a short wait. We will deliver everything ready-assembled and mostly by our own fully trained drives who will carefully place your furniture where you want it before removing and taking away all protective packaging.

3. Seven Day Home Trial

You have seven days to be at home with your furniture. If you're not 100% delighted - and as long as its in the same pristine condition as when it was delivered - we will arrange a collection.

4. Our Assurance on Safety and Standards

No matter what you decide you'll have the reassurance of knowing that our cushions meet current government fire retardant and safety regulations, while any glass used is toughened and sourced in the UK to meet British Safety Standards.
